Warranty

Shipping and Handling
Orders are processed and shipped according to the following schedule:

Note: Amsoil products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Alaskan orders, please add a 7.5% freight surcharge.

Restricted Items for Air Freight and Parcel Post 
Aerosol spray cans, fuel additives and Engine Flush cannot be shipped via air freight or parcel post. Click here (16k PDF) for list of these restricted items.

Shipping to APO and FPO Military Post Boxes
All APO/FPO orders are shipped from the Distribution Center in Superior,WI. The United States Postal Service (USPS) will not accept AMSOIL Fuel Additives or Aerosol containers for shipment. Your order will be charged actual freight costs which will be charged at the time the order is shipped. If you require insurance on your order, please specify so at the time you place your order. These additional charges will be applied at the time of shipping.

Delays and Special Circumstances when Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
Due to the challenging nature of distributing packages to these addresses, delays may be experienced which are beyond the control of AMSOIL INC. We will ship your order with tracking information requested and/or a signature required for delivery. Delays can be expected from time to time due to airline and customs inspections. AMSOIL will make every attempt to ship and track these orders to our military customers. However, once APO/FPO orders have been tendered for shipment to the USPS, AMSOIL loses control of routing and may or may not be notified of damages or non-deliveries. Customs may refuse and/or destroy shipments at their discretion. AMSOIL CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS DECISION AND CANNOT REPLACE DESTROYED ORDERS.

Hawaii and Puerto Rico Ordering
HAWAII: AMSOIL products are available through Independent AMSOIL Dealers and selected retailers. To order in Hawaii, check your local Yellow Pages or call 1-800-777-8491 for the name of your nearest AMSOIL Dealer. Or, you can order online and the order will be shipped from the AMSOIL Distribution Center in Portland, Oregon freight collect by the best possible method.

Note: the actual cost of taxes and shipping may vary from what has been calculated in our online store due to county or municipal taxes or special shipping costs (shipments to Hawaii will include actual freight charges). Damage During Shipping
If there is visible damage to your order upon delivery, refuse the order. It will be returned to AMSOIL, Inc., for inspection, and a new order will be shipped at no extra charge to you. If damage is hidden and not discovered until after you have accepted delivery, call 1-800-956-5695 for instructions.

Sales Tax
AMSOIL, Inc., has an established Sales Tax Rate for all states. Because Amsoil is sometimes required to collect city, county and other taxes, the tax rate Amsoil charges may be higher. Amsoil also collects any additional taxes and fees required by some states for lubricants.

Freight charges are subject to sales tax in Connecticut, Georgia, Nebraska, Nevada and Wisconsin. Excise taxes are added to the product total before sales tax is calculated in California, Rhode Island, Texas and Utah.

Return and Exchange Policy
Please call 1-800-956-5695 before returning any product for instructions.

All returned products must be:

• currently marketed and in resalable condition.
• must be returned within 30 days for a full refund including sales tax (shipping and handling fees are non-refundable).
• may be exchanged for other products of equal or greater value less a 20% re-stocking fee if returned more than 30 days, but less than 90 days from purchase.

Customers wishing to return products after 30 days, or to exchange products after 90 days will be advised to contact me for assistance. Shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer on all returned or exchanged items. Special order items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
